Our Story
Optimum was started in 2010 to cater to the federal government. Using our unique ability to garner and capitalize on great customer relations. Optimum has grown and expanded. As we have grown, we have seen where this firm's expertise can be applied to our local marketplace. With our years of expertise in the construction industry we have seen lots of change. Things have gone from strings to lasers and written daily reports to tablet based reporting. Much of the industry has gotten lost in these upgrades. That is where Optimum hangs their hat. We have boiled ourselves down to one statement. We BUILD... We want nothing more than to bring you dreams, desires, and needs to fruition.

Our Skills
Our team can takeover a project from an idea to bring it a realization. We use years of experence and know-how to come up with optimal solutions to complete projects. Our metheod is to step outside the norm of design + bid + build, which has proven itself to not be the best method for quality and timeliness. Because time has tought us that a project is more of living and breathing object than a static progression of steps. The better approach is to take a TEAM approach from the beginning. One where the expertise of the owner, designer and builder is messed to create a project on budget, timely, and most of all meets the owner desires.
The stats below shows the make-up of our projects. Out of the 110 projects completed to-date, over 85 percent have been design+build projects! That number shows how we have created a trusting and lasting methoed to market with our clients.
